Exclusive Community for the Lesbian Alliance
CRN Sapphic Alliance, formerly known as the CRN Lesbian Working Group, is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and warm space for queer individuals in North America and globally who self-identify as women or are feminine-aligned.
No matter where you are, there is a connection and resonance belonging to "them" here.
We welcome friends who identify as Lesbian, Bisexual, Pansexual, Transgender, Queer, Non-binary, or those who are still exploring, to join us and build a positive, sincere, and mutually supportive community together. 🌈
CRN Online Community Management Rules
This is the volunteer management process and guidelines prepared for CRN online community management partners. Please read carefully and familiarize yourself with the relevant methods and rules. (To maintain community order and security, CRN reserves the right to remove relevant group members.) Thanks to every group administrator for their dedication, let us work together to build a warmer, healthier, and more vibrant community! 💜⚠️
Basic Requirements for Joining the Group:
Those who wish to join must self-identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ sexual minority community. Those whose sexual orientation/gender identity is not completely LGBTQ+, or who are still exploring but have a strong sense of belonging to the sexual minority community, are also welcome to apply, except for certain specific groups. The group administrators of each group will make the final decision on whether to allow entry;
Those who join the group need to comply with the requirements of each relevant group, such as changing group nicknames, verification (voice or photo), etc. Specific requirements are subject to the different situations of each group.
Group Chat Norms (Please respect each other and maintain them together)
Advertising and Promotion
CRN-related online communities prohibit the unauthorized posting of off-topic advertisements, self-media promotions, other group QR codes, and any pornographic or sensitive political information. If violating content is found, any group member or administrator can @ the party involved in a timely manner to request withdrawal, and the administrator will issue a reminder or handle it depending on the situation.
To support and empower the growth and development of the LGBTQ+ community, our promotion management rules are as follows:
1) Commercial or Organizational Promotion: If you have commercial or non-profit organization promotion needs, please direct message the group administrator or CRN Xiao Q customer service in advance to apply, and post only after review and approval.
2) Non-commercial Promotion: If it is personal sharing by a member of the LGBTQ+ community (such as activities, resources, experiences), we encourage and support it. But please keep it moderate, do not post frequently or repeatedly, to avoid causing trouble to other group members.
Private Adding and Harassment
It is forbidden to add group members privately without reason for advertising purposes, or to drag people into non-CRN groups without prior explanation. If you are continuously disturbed, you can direct message CRN Xiao Q or contact@crn.ngo with screenshots, and the violator will be removed after confirmation.
Real Interaction and Automated Management
In order to maintain an environment of real, equal, and mutually trusted communication within the group, and to prevent the risks brought by fake accounts and automated behaviors, the following agreements are made:
1) Real Account Principle
In principle, each member is limited to using one personal account to join the group chat. If you need to use two accounts due to special circumstances, please report to the group owner in advance.
2) Prohibition of Automated Tools
Please do not enable auto-reply bots, auto-forwarding scripts, or similar automated tools (including keyword auto-reply) in the group. Automated behaviors may cause information interference or misleading. If there is a genuine need, please obtain the administrator's consent first.
Communication Norms
Follow the principles of nonviolent communication and respect everyone's opportunity to speak. Prohibited:
1) Personal attacks, malicious labeling, insulting words;
2) Starting fights or inciting confrontational atmosphere (such as provocation, sarcasm, slander, instigating fights, etc.).
If you still do not correct after being reminded, you will be removed from the group chat.
Privacy Protection
Without permission, no group member's privacy (name, address, contact information, work, financial status, credentials, medical records, gender identity, chat or social media screenshots, etc.) may be disclosed.
1) Group content must not be screenshotted or screen recorded and shared to external platforms at will.
2) Exceptions can be made if criminal evidence is involved.
Safe Space Anti-Discrimination and Harassment
To create a safe space, please respect each other's experiences and feelings in all CRN-related online and offline occasions. CRN does not support any remarks or documents with discriminatory and harassing overtones (such as sexual harassment words and behaviors that have been clearly rejected, misogyny/misandry, anti-sexual minority, discrimination regarding appearance/region/marriage and love/belief/education/income, etc.).
1) If you feel uncomfortable with certain remarks, please point them out in a friendly and rational manner, avoiding subjective characterization.
2) CRN reserves the right to remove relevant group members and ban participation in related activities.
Rumors and False Information
Those who spread or slander CRN or group members with false information, and refuse to clarify and apologize, will be removed from all CRN communities and banned from participating in activities.
Appeals and Feedback
1) Those whose rights are restricted, who are removed, or who have opinions or suggestions on group rules or handling methods, can direct message CRN Xiao Q or contact@crn.ngo.
2) CRN reserves the right of final interpretation for the identification and handling of behaviors.
Risk Warning
Conducting private transactions, private chats outside the group, and other behaviors in CRN online communities and offline venues is at your own risk. Please pay attention to personal and property safety, and use legal means to protect your rights if necessary.
Complaint/Reporting/Feedback Channel: Limited to direct messaging CRN Xiao Q customer service or contact@crn.ngo (reply within 48 hours).
